DIRE - Jay 11/1997

An LOI must be sent in for Jay in the next week as he must be adopted by 11/10. He must have a family that already has a dossier in China to pursue his adoption.  Your agency MUST be willing to work with you to get to Jay in time.

This handsome young teen is extroverted and considered a very polite child who is a little shy around strangers. If encouraged by his caregivers, though, he warms up to guests. He is on medication for epilepsy. He especially enjoys model airplanes and also likes to build great figures with building blocks. Jay is very capable of looking after his own needs and helps his caregivers with chores.

Grant money is available if the family adopting Jay uses WACAP.  The total financial aid for all incomes is $14,500 ( including $5000 available for this child's adoption from a generous donor and additional waiver of $5300 in fees). Families of all incomes may apply for this grant. An additional $4200 may be available for qualified families.   Please contact FamilyFinders (at) wacap (dot) org or ckids (at) wacap (dot) org for more information.
WACAP ID: Jay XRM.DZY.1197.31976.01
